decided to advertise on television with AMAX Pro, we ask that
you set up an appointment with us so that we may send a sales
representative to consult with you. Your consultation fee
of $50 may be paid by check or credit card over the phone
once you have made your appointment. Your consultation fee
will be deducted from the invoice of your first advertisement
once your deposit is paid. Get
