At AMAX Pro we keep the entire commercial advertising procedure simple. In developing our procedure, AMAX Pro kept in mind the busy pace that our clients have to maintain. It is our desire to keep this process as quick and simple as possible. In most cases the entire process of getting your commercial to air takes 7 business days. There are some extenuating circumstances which call for a longer processing period including desired shooting locations, level of graphical content, required cast, and commercial changes to name a few.

Step 1:

Consultation - AMAX Pro is happy to send a sales representative to your place of business or provide you with an over the phone consultation. See consultation During our consultation with you, our goals are to:

A)	Understand your company's goals, message purpose, target audience, and any other information pertinent to ensuring the right direction in development of your television commercial.
B)	Discuss storyboard design for your commercial; which locations we will shoot from, desired characters/actors, script writing, etc.
C)	Establish a schedule for your commercial advertising campaign: networks, days, and times .

Step 2:

Commercial Shoot - Upon the receipt of your 50% deposit, your consultant will set up a time and location for our camera crews to shoot your video. Our directors will see to it that all needed cast and crew are in place for the production of your commercial.

Step 3:

Commercial Editing - In most cases, commercial editing requires three days to turn around. In some cases, however, editing requires more in-depth graphics which increase the amount of time required to complete your project. Once your commercial shoot has been completed, your consultant will give you an expected delivery date for your proof.

Step 4:

Proof Presentation - Your consultant will deliver a MP3 proof of your commercial via DVD or Internet. This proof gives you the opportunity to check for correct content of your commercial as well as approve the overall design quality of your commercial. Should there be any changes needed, we go back to "step 3" and produce another proof for you to critique.

Step 5:

Commercial Airing - Upon the receipt of your balance, AMAX Pro will provide you with a copy of your commercial on DVD in AVI format. A copy of your commercial is available in Mini DV for an additional fee. Within 3 days your commercial will air on the stations at the time that was set up by you and your consultant.
