Deposits

Once buyer
signs proof, buyer agrees that the proof has been checked
for typographical errors as well as graphic aesthetics.
Buyer's signature gives consent for mass production
and relieves AMAX Pro of all responsibility should any misprints,
typographical errors, or any aesthetic issues appear
on final product. |

Buyer understands
that quotes for commercials include 1 proof to be designed.
Buyer shall pay a fee for redesigning and reshooting
commercials. |

|
Balance
shall be paid in full for project before AMAX Pro issues
product. |
|
Post-dated checks
are not accepted for payment balances. |
|
Once final invoice
has been signed (upon delivery of final product), AMAX Pro's
contractual duty to buyer with respect to that project
shall be completed. Should the buyer request any work
to be done on that same project after termination of
initial contract, an additional fee shall be required
and a new contract shall be created. |

Once AMAX Pro
receives a deposit, a proof is designed based on buyer's
suggestions and ideas. Once design is complete, AMAX Pro
will provide buyer with a proof. Buyer shall have the
option of making changes and corrections to that proof
free of charge. This constitutes one (1) change. |

Any further changes
or alterations to proof or project, constitutes an additional
change and shall require an additional fee. |
|
Should buyer choose
to change a product order once their project has been
initialized, buyer is subject to pay not only the difference
in the cost of the two projects, but a Contract Change/Addition
Fee as well. |

A pre-consultation
fee shall be charged for initial meetings and or phone
conversations about products and services AMAX Pro can provide.

There is no charge
for consultations about on going projects. |

given are estimated time periods. AMAX Pro shall not be
held responsible for reasonable delays on project. |

Service calls require
an additional fee. |

In the event order
is over 4 business days behind expected schedule, the
maximum refund on rush order fees is 50% . |
